Defining culture for new starters

Every business has an internal unwritten culture of rules and stakeholders. This is learnt over time but can be accelerated by pairing a new member with an experienced staff member who has a substantial tenure. This pairing is always outside of reporting lines and supports the informal development of knowledge.
